As our Community Manager, you'll be the bridge between our brand and our community. You'll cultivate meaningful relationships with our users, gather invaluable feedback, and help shape our brand voice while managing our online presence across multiple platforms.

- Build and nurture relationships with our early adopters, brand advocates, and fashion tech enthusiasts
- Manage all community touchpoints including social media accounts, email communications, and customer support channels
- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience while maintaining consistent brand voice
- Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Identify and engage with fashion industry influencers and potential brand collaborators
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events/activations
- Monitor relevant conversations in the fashion tech space and identify opportunities for brand positioning
- Develop community guidelines and policies that foster a positive, inclusive environment
- Track community metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and sentiment

- 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or tech
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Basic understanding of content creation and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma)
- Experience with community management platforms and analytics tools
- Passion for fashion technology and emerging trends in the industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
